What do you wish you could do more every day?

I have quite a few things I wish I would incorporate more into my life.
Lessening my screen time. It’s so unhealthy because for the past few weeks it’s been more than 5 hours. Then I also need to exercise more and go outside because I am always stuck inside my house. I want to go out but I’m so insecure, I need to work on it.
I also need to improve my eating habits because exams and then suddenly travelling and stuff like that have messed up my eating habits badly.
These are a few things I need to add to my life otherwise my emotions will take over my life and I’ll go insane. Doesn’t sound fun to me.
